Britt Martin will be discussing her 8 Branches of a Holistic Lifestyle Approach. This interactive talk will give you a better understand of holistic nutrition, and what areas that can impact one's well being you may need to focus on or refine in your own life. This talk will address nutrition, soul nourishment, self love, body movement, and more!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Andrea Jensen of Sun Kissed Yoga:
Andrea's classes are alignment based power vinyasa flow. They involve fun sequencing and modern tunes like Death Cab For Cutie, Bon Iver, and Bishop Briggs. She offers many variations on traditional poses so her classes are accessible to everyone!
Ayurveda's Sacred Self Care
Julie Bernier of True Ayurveda
Julie teaches the art of self-care so that people feel their healthiest and happiest in their own unique bodies. This holistic approach to individualized wellness is rooted in the ancient Indian knowledge of ayurveda: a complete medical science and way of life which explains that our wellbeing blossoms when we align ourselves with nature. Julie is a registered ayurvedic practitioner with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA).
Restorative Yin Yoga

Yin targets the connective tissues, ligaments & joints in the most hard to reach parts of the body. It eases inflammation and provides an environment conducive to allowing. Yin yoga has always had a very special place in Monica's heart. It's a communication. It is a way of connecting with your own inner being and listening. Michelle Frey of Ventura Pop Up Yoga
Michelle’s passion for music will guide us through our Yin Restorative Flow. As we find these longer pauses in postures, we can let our minds flow to the rhythm of her soulful music.
